Pros

Allot of hours. Most clients are ok to work at heir homes. Allot of different issue

Cons

Pay is low. One week was told we would be paid late. If full time health insurance is paid $100 a month. The office has not held with regular hours. No empathy for workers. Some workers are really good and some are bad. Management treats them all alike.

Pros

Clients and their families are great.

Cons

Pay and hours constantly change. They do not encourage long term employees to stay. Difficult to work with management. Management not invested in clients. Former employee recently sued this company and won. Negligent and put employees in harms way due to lack of management.

Pros

Good if you are a student or on a trust fund. Clients themselves are interesting and the work itself can be fun and varied.

Cons

The pay is low, The senior and middle management don't solicit feedback from everyone just their favorites which they claim not to have. When hours become available they claim to tell everyone at the same time, but see above statement. They don't seem to really care about their staff. Their is little room for advancement. They routinely forget to give you the agreed upon pay advances. They had inconsistent policies ie. when one staff member is fired from a house that person may get paid time off while others are just fired, when asked about this they have no comments. They also seem to not be very organized when it comes to more medical clients and I had to ask about a protocol that wasn't even set up yet for a pt to take medication during the day.
