Very Exciting, Fast and unlimited vacation

I was laid off with no performance reviews, was told I was doing a fantastic job. But then was fired for poor performance. I was guaranteed raises and bonuses that never came. I worked 14-16 hour days and was in a state of constant panic on whether my performance was good enough for them. The work never had direction or results.

not much here honestly, used to be market leading

Cons

no direction from leadership; completely mismanaged; no sense on market, space or actual understanding of regulations (leadership speaks to how we fulfill KYC, but we help with CIP - this is similar to other companies in this space) Seems like leadership is more focused on a cash grab and having clout to their friends rather than building a sustainable, mission-driven business.
