      Worst Job I've Ever Had, Entirely Due to Management

      Pros

      Kids are fantastic Idea is fun Curriculum is decent Seeing the movies the kids make after is really sweet

      Cons

      Micromanaged for no reason Poor communication from management Work is not guaranteed each week and your schedule is manipulated on a dime, making it an unsustainable full time job Nobody has any skills on managing kids with behavioral issues, they use infantile "three strike" policies which do nothing but make things worse Understaffed to the point where people were asked to come in with COVID

      Extremely exciting, surrounded by great minds, and super entertaining.

      Cons

      Management can only be contacted via phone, any physical issues are dealt with regional managers who were just as clueless as the rest of us.
