Pros
Initially they will give you assignment with mentor assigned who will help you learn new thing and also ask you to make changes accordingly. It's just for training purposes.
Cons
Lays off freshers in just a minute of time. Not giving a time to think even a little bit. Not even a single contact from HR after laying off giving false promises. When some collegue went to office for some document saw same co-founder laughing who layoff 5 days ago .

Pros
I absolutely loved the people I worked with throughout my time at Increff. People in senior roles are incredibly approachable and easy to talk to. Everyone is very sharp and enthusiastic in general and make you feel welcome
Cons
The work does get somewhat monotonous beyond a certain point. Although there are some efforts to diversify the tech stack, they aren't enough. Compensation is not bad in general but I would say is somewhat low for the kind of talent present in the company.
