Pros

The people are supportive, and encouraging. The company has always provided ample training and prep for change, although there are considerable changes, the company provides notice and effective communication for individuals to prepare. The company is future-focused and leading edge with digital transformation.

Cons

This job isn't for everyone. I've never meet so many proactive go-getting people in my life. If your not into constant learning, working hard, and rallying around huge goals then Incrementors probably isn't the place for you.

1) I recommende for 3 months only in one role, becuause in seo multiple role, if they are promoting, are good only for learing 2) good for learning by watching their training videos and apply on projects or work but If there is confusion, then they will not help

Cons

1) school for 10 hours working 2) strick timing 3) For 1 year salary is only 8000 (they will provide from government apprenticeship) 3) you can not come out from office for 9.5 hours 4) They market everything for employee but not work properly
