-Good consistent pay hikes - Better than many MNCs -The Seniors & management are very supportive; in ways I cannot describe. Be it Project Change, Training Material, Certification, Notice Period support. I was given full support till the very last day. This was undoubtedly the best organization that I have worked with in my career of 11 years. I grew the most here. Always thankful to the team Incubit for it. -Certification Reimbursements & Support -Very strong culture, I wish MNCs had this close engagements possible
