Pros

-Small, tightly knit management team. Almost like a family. -Claims to have flexitime -company laptop

Cons

-DELAYED SALARY -Outdated technology stack -Final pay to employees will also be delayed -No overtime pay, and sometimes will require you to work until 8pm at times -One of the owners is really hard to work with -Expect to work more than 40 hours a week

Some managers are difficult to contact. Late payroll but not usually.

You'll gain lots of experience, simply because there are so much work to do.

Cons

Company doesn't take care of employees, thus they come and go, which leads to lots of turnover tasks (amidst deadlines at that).
