Worst company to work for as labour guy. you are considered as a animal rather than a human being.All project, process are miss managed. very poor management.Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay.You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. Most of system's(Computer/Laptop), not working.They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit.Founder is manner less. No vision of the company.Non timely payment of salary- Expect a delay of 20-25 days every month.No promotions, no growth, not even single "Thank you" for job well done. Focal review has become humiliation lesson. Often your effort is evaluated inversely proportional to contribution. People start to leave company in masses. They forced to write good review and even a single time seo gonna down they started scolding on us.
