Pros

Like many other entry-level agencies, Indegene served as a decent starting point in the past for fresh graduates looking to kickstart their careers. However, it's important to note that the company's reputation seems to have dwindled post-pandemic.

Cons

Lack of Job Security: My foremost concern during my time at Indegene was the precarious job security. In a shocking turn of events, a mass layoff took place in 2023, leaving many employees, including myself, jobless. This action extended to even high-ranking individuals in the organization, including those at the VP level. Such a lack of job security can leave employees perpetually anxious about their future at the company. Absence of Annual Salary Hikes: Another significant drawback is the company's reluctance to provide annual salary hikes. This issue is further exacerbated by the timing of the layoffs, which occurred during the appraisal period. It's disheartening to see that rather than recognizing and rewarding their employees' hard work and dedication, the company opted for cost-cutting measures that negatively impacted the workforce. Poor Human Resource Administration: My experience with the administration at Indegene left much to be desired. The decision to terminate a substantial number of employees during the appraisal process was not only poorly timed but also indicative of an unsympathetic and inconsiderate approach. This lack of empathy and communication from the HR department created an atmosphere of mistrust and job insecurity among the workforce.

Pros

Nice to work, all team members are co-operative and helping nature is there, Coffee tea is free in my previous company we had to pay for it.

Cons

I recently had a very tough experience, i referred my friend and he went through some 6 levels of interview, he was very mad at me, that so many rounds of the interview are going to take place for an opening. He had no issues with the panel or the questions asked.
