in transition regarding platform offering

the worst management ever! the israeli site missing management figure, the Israeli management is missing manager skills and most of the people left because of the high management. you can do what ever you want and no one care about the progress. US site run by the founder who doesn't listen to anybody except himself. no clear vision to the company product. missing talents on all divisions, this is the main reason the company failed. 10 years startup and still they think they can sell it as early-stage company. in the past 5 years almost 100 employees left the company but in the pick there were less than 40 employees in israel and US sites together! every two years they changed the product. ask people who worked at indeni in the past years to understand better
