Pros

Pay is the only incentive to work here and even then your job isn’t safe. There aren’t any other pros except once in a while they’ll buy donuts and call it “culture.”

Cons

The churn here is so bad your odds surviving the Titanic are much better, seriously. There’s no loyalty, I’ve seen people who have worked here 5+ years have 2 bad months and they’re fired without a second thought. I’m positive that the “positive” reviews on here are faked and encouraged by management to come here and drop some 5 star reviews (I’ve heard them talk about it) they know their Glassdoor ratings suck. Don’t be fooled and try to make it work here, you’ll be unemployed before you know it. There is no continuous training, the culture here is non-existent, managers micro-manage and have zero people skills. Deceptive practices, this school is losing their accreditation yet still pouring loans on new students without batting an eye. They sign up bottom of the barrel leads, it makes your job difficult and nothing is in your control, be prepared to face corrective action if your student doesn’t do their homework (seriously). For the love of all things holy, don’t work here, save yourself the time and the stress.

Pros

Vacation time, that is it.

Cons

It’s a for profit college that does the bare minimum to mantain “non-profit” status. They don’t care about the employees or the students. In fact they are at risk of losing their accreditation because of dirty recruiting practices. Management sucks, they make you believe that it’s all about the student but when you don’t hit your 6 starts (students that you need to enroll) you get written up. Their programs suck, I went to school here and withdrew because a lot of their instructors are not even real professors. We lie to students at all times and make them believe that they are special but in reality they are the most unqualified individuals ever. All they want is to get as many people in debt as possible. If it’s to good to be true is because it is. It sounds like the perfect 8-5 job but you are constantly threatened, one month you do well and they send you awards, the next month you get 4 students and you get a write up. Most admissions consultants have zero experience in higher education , the ones that do come from other for profit colleges that lost their accreditation and the ones that don’t come from sales backgrounds. The leads that they give you are usually from Georgia, North Carolina, and other Poot states. In places like Utah we don’t even see their ads. If you are a student and are considering going to this school, save yourself time and money and go to a real school. They will try to sell you on a program that is not a good fit for you just so that they can get their numbers. Forget about transferring credits to other institutions, nobody takes their credits because they are a joke.
