Program managers and everyone above are all awful especially the new young lady that came in. They don't care about you or the clients its all about money to them.
I have worked with a few companies in this field I've been in this field for 10 plus years this company even though it's new is the one that has treated me the best granted the things are the same this is not an easy job for anyone but like I said this company has treated me the best
Cons
Not enough clientele hope he works on that and grows through 2024
This is the first direct care company I have worked for that balances their dedication to both the employee and client. They ensure that if possible each employee is a great fit with the client served. If there is an employee that would like a different work setting, they accommodate that as quickly as possible.
Cons
As with any direct care company, there are many unknowns and the staff relieving you may be behind. Also, behaviors do occur but they assist in training you on how to handle them and offer guidance. Most cons can be turned into a pro with open communication I have found.
