      Pros

      The best reason to work here would be to gain experience with working with persons with developmental disabilities

      Cons

      The downside of working at this company are the staff and management they are your worst nightmare. This place of business is extremely unprofessional and racist. Abuse gets reported but nothing positive gets done about it. If you report anything you see be prepared to receive a lot of negative backlash and retaliation from not only your coworkers but from management and higher up. Unfortunately if youre not from another lowly country such as Jamaica, Trinidad, Guyana, etc consider yourself a minority and unaccepted. They do not welcome Black Americans here with open arms. Its really a disgusting place to work.

      Pros

      You get accustomed to clients quickly. It's a human services field, so you must, well, love people. Helping clients is personally satisfying, while you get tons of experience.

      Cons

      Politics, low pay, no raises, no promotions. Insane amount of work. Pressure driven by inane state policies created by people who have no first idea how the field works. No unemployment benefits afterwards, no matter how you left or how long you worked there.
