That place is full of bullies at all levels and such behaviors are supported and actively practiced by the management team, which doesn't seem to get appointed based on merit or abilities but has to be that kind of specimen to fit in the company's culture. Sadly, there is also some nice people there that have spent their whole professional life within the company. If you are looking for a position in media I strongly recommend you to do so elsewhere.

Horrible place to work. No sense of direction within the company, absolutely ZERO pressence or communication from the HR department. Bullying is rampant within the company. Everyone doing there own thing and stepping over each other to get to what they want. Full of egocentric people looking down on others. Salary below average. Unachievable bonus structure. No staff development.This is a nasty working environment, STAY AWAY

There are many good people working at INM. The job of a journalist is interesting and still matters, and INM titles provide a very visible platform for journalists

Cons

There is very little left of the collaborative nature of journalism at INM. Many very good, senior journalists have left in recent years as a result of cutbacks and changes which have significantly degraded the quality of the company's print and digital publications. There is no career pathway in editorial and opportunities for genuine progression are limited
