Pros

There are no pros of this company.

Cons

This company interviewed me and decided to hire me. They told me in the interview that my start date would not be until 2 weeks from the date of the interview. Since I was told that I was hired, I stopped my job search. You can imagine my confusion when I arrive for my first day of work and they told me they weren’t going to continue with employment because I didn’t respond to them when asked to do my drug test. I received no communication from the company regarding scheduling a drug test. I asked for proof that they reached out to me. When shown proof, it was clear that they used the wrong number. While I understand companies make mistakes, I was appalled by the lack of accountability and lack of empathy. It was just “oh, we’re not hiring you, bye.” It’s completely insensitive to someone who has stopped their job search because they were guaranteed a job. I could’ve been working someone else but for two weeks I was counting on them. It’s truly disappointing and I hope no one else has to deal with this in the future. HR should pay closer attention and the manager I dealt with specially should learn to be more compassionate and take some classes to learn people skills.

Pros

If you're caucasian, you're a friend of management, you're sleeping with higher-ups, you're a family of any of the managers or operations...you should be fine!

Cons

I worked at this company for a period of time, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The workplace culture felt extremely disorganized and, at times, unprofessional. There appeared to be blurred boundaries between management and staff, including inappropriate personal relationships that created favoritism and conflicts of interest. There were wives in there cheating on their husbands with staff members or men they would bring to work. More concerning was what I perceived as unequal treatment among employees. In my experience, white employees were given more support, flexibility, and opportunities compared to employees of other ethnic backgrounds. I also personally witnessed racially insensitive language used by leadership, which created a hostile and uncomfortable work environment. There were additional issues involving unprofessional conduct inside and around the workplace, including behavior that did not reflect a safe or professional business environment. When I first joined, the company presented itself as organized and professional. However, over time, I observed patterns of favoritism, poor leadership, and a lack of accountability that significantly impacted morale and trust within the team.

Pros

Any good reason to work here is entirely outweighed by the bad.

Cons

If you're not a personal friend of management, you have no chance here. The training is mediocre at best, the ramp up to quota is steep, you're left to fend for yourself while the highest earners (the bosses high school besties) get to lay back on street doing little to no work. You see, after you work your butt off for a few months trying to get over the initial hump and get your steam building a sales funnel, you will be fired for not meeting quota. Those accounts you negotiated contracts with get handed to the bosses besties to reap the rewards of their continued sales commissions.
