Only 4 days a month without weekly commitments - so one can plan the day in office in whatever way one wishes. Monthly collaboration, payday snacks, regular visits from UK stakeholders, flat structure - can talk to CTO/CEO without the need to go through India management, great colleagues both at UK and India, good India leadership.
Cons
Salary correction every couple of years as part of retention and awarding the deserving employees, long service awards for tenured employees, more frequent offsites every year, annual party night
