I don't like working cultural. Because hear architect engineer and vp both are more political also owner are same.

Company's work environment is not good. Architect engineer has no knowledge about technical only play politics. Owner has no balance work with employee. Owner has limited knowledge about technology. Owner are sorted mind the are not entertain lower designation person. Lower person complaint to higher person owner not taken any decision. Owner has limited knowledge about team management. Work culture is very bad. If you family member of Mesh company no problem with person. Other person has lots of problems. You have long time work you force fully make relationship with architect other wise out of company. Architect is playing more political in the company. It is not recommend company not join this company. All higher people are not reliable to employees. Hiring and firing very quickly. No job security in this company.
