Pros

Great environment with good people that are always willing to help, the works not very conplicated and as long as you can maintain a respectable attendance rate youll always have a job here.

Cons

The factory isnt air conditioned so when its hot outside, its roasting inside the plant. Also theres a few jealousy issues, so be very careful who you choose to befriend

Pros

Work life balance was great along with having an awesome team to collaborate with. Onsite clinic and cafeteria are a major perk. TEAMWORK, Quality and Saftey are drilled home when it comes to the culture, and environment is inviting.

Cons

In my position, it was the working from home after hours, but it was to be expected in production control, it wasn’t that bad.
