      Pros

      Good benefits and time off and you get to have some good coworkers that have to deal with the same crap as you do.

      Cons

      Salary is horrible for what the employees have to deal with. Constantly changing things almost daily. Base bonuses on timeliness and accuracy when every branch is short staffed.
