Pros
There are a lot of good people that work here although you will see them only briefly depending on which position you work. The company pays reasonable wages, but I never considered a career, as most people use this job as a stepping stone. They pay below what would be expected for the devotion and expertise involved in this job. If you work hard, eventually you will be noticed, and promoted, and generally is a high turnover of employees so things happen quickly.
Cons
Its a young mans job, they really dont have jobs for older employees who can't work really hard, or devote their lives to the job in sales. Many say they have a great culture here, an on the surface it seems so, however part of it is a show, and the employer is cut throat with its employees, demands you give your life to them as sales people, or work vigoursly all day in the ware house, or delivering beer. You essentially do 12 hours of work in about 8 hours time, sometimes cutting down bathroom breaks just to save a few minutes. Their customers are sometimes very difficult to deal with, grocery stores especially.
