GM is the world's biggest procrastinator (understaffed team, sitting projects, zero communication, etc.) Incredibly negative team, in not only sales but other departments as well as areas of the corporate office. Employees participating in inappropriate activities amongst each other. A lot of gossip and drama. Don't believe they have much room for growth unless you are favorited, as work performance is not the contributing factor to promos.
Management has unrealistic standards of staff and does not treat subordinates equally. Will talk down to them there is no work like balance. If u are injured on the job they make u use sick time. If you have children who need you they do not care work should come first
