Pros

Very good office environment, you can see a huge sea at office The Compensations is competitive and have quite much annual leave. As an in-house developer, you can have a lot of chances to show your skill. And the department is worth to work with, the manager surely gives you opportunities to expose with other tasks which could be challenging.

Cons

Too focus on financial performance and management team (or more precisely, only one or two directors) making rash decisions sometimes. For the case of salary cut, the management make decisions without notifying anyone. Even the manager got this news on that morning. I don't mind my position were removed, but I mind everyone suffer from rash decision. And the consequence is apparent: more employee leaves, including the CEO. So in terms of meeting financial target, I surely they can meet the target. While for the one who stay, will they still stick to the company? This is a question.
