Cons
Does not matter how long you have worked for this company they will screw you over to benefit themselves. All they care about is money. Previous employees have helped them build this company only for them to be terminated when they gave a notice. Corporate is messy and drama, they talk about everyone. Regionals will fire you and bring in their friends from other companies. They do not promote within unless you are white and know them personally. They just hired 10 plus regionals and non of them are minorities. Minorities don't go any further than property manager here. Upper management has said the rudest things to me and has offended me several times. I cant complain because I know from other employees experiences, no one at corporate will care. I need my job right now so I am here until I find something better. There is no structure and everyone does things differently. They do not care about the residents either. If you come work here, use it as a stepping stone to something greater. YOU CAN NOT GET COMFORTABLE HERE. EVENTUALLY YOU WILL SEE YOU DO NOT MATTER. Ask all the people who have been fire over the past year.
