Pros

Nothing it’ll cost you more than gain

Cons

Worst experience of my life they lie to you give your training that does not help you have you do client care that is not prohibited buy your license or certification and throw you under the bus every time they get caught by state... i’m actually glad they or like this to everybody because it shows the home health aides are treated horrible especially when they call out discrepancies or anything that seems fraudulent the nurses and upper management stick together they don’t care about the patient they only care about money they will hire anybody and if you can’t work even if you were not scheduled they were threaten you

Pros

If you are willing to use your own gas, you can get lots of hours. $50 taxed yearly bonus (for aids)

Cons

No appreciation for hard work from office Administration does not care about the aides No accountability for payroll. Aides gave no way to verify timecard or registered punches prior to being submitted to payroll. The company is family ran, and heavily favored above all others.
