      They have some good Dhps

      Cons

      The directors of the South region are not to be trusted. They tell clients to not say anything when it comes to wrong doing for fear of getting fired. The clients are living in poor conditions. Regardless of training they have poor self control with their interactions with clients.

      - High-quality scientific pursuit, data quality, and sampling. - People are very knowledgeable about the oncology field, so there is a wellspring of insights and learning. Very good for building a scientific foundation, especially if new - CEO really tries to connect with people and is very heartfelt in doing so, and that sincerity extends throughout the teams as people really care about the oncology research and work they do - Quite a few cutting-edge innovations have been developed - Free healthcare

      Cons

      - Though there is emphasis on work-life balance, there were quite a few times when people were on at all hours of the day and night - Overpromising at times with management, with extra stressors put upon the team to delineate and solve - Departments could get siloed off due to time differences, so communication was hit and miss at times - Career growth is somewhat limited
