New Talent is injected in the system, it helps getting to know what completion is doing. Employer should spend good time to select the best talent and once recruited then ensure that the talent grow with the organisation

Cons

No Stability in the organisation, Average new joinee takes 6 months to start giving results. There are strong chances that the fresh recruit may or may not click.
