1. This program can help you to explore about business system in Indomaret. 2. Great salary for fresh graduate 3. After you finished your contract, you'll be a supervisor.

Cons

1. There's contract for 1 years 2. Some of the division had a poor management for you to work with. 3. There's some phase that you have to pass the exams. 4. The average age of your workmate is below 30. If you're a fresh graduate, it's quite hard to adapt in the beginning. 5. Most of the divisions still using Whatsapp for work communication. If you want to have a work life balance, it's better to separate your work number and personal number.
