This is the starting point of my career and i got the chance to learn many new thing to be a good sales person and here i have to report all things directly to the owner , by doing that i have potential opportunity for growth in an company significantly

The managment didn't have a clear standard procedure and sometimes it cause some problem and make confusion in some case.
