Pros

Profit sharing and monthly bonuses are nice. The job is stable. If you do your work, you will probably keep your job. If you are an engineer, this is a great place to work. If you are a man, there's lots of room for advancement here.

Cons

If you are a woman, there is not a lot of room for advancement for you. Most of the women in the company are in clerical jobs. Also, the culture is very unfriendly and old-fashioned. No work-life balance.

Pros

Profit sharing and benefits are good

Cons

The cons outweigh the pros. The profit sharing and tuition reimbursement are great, but are an example of golden handcuffs. Any longevity is based on the financial benefits of the profit sharing program. The turnaround is staggering. There are people who shoudve retired years ago, but aren't capable of properly training a new hire because of their closed minded mentality. Management is military-like. There is zero opportunity to collaborate as a team to improve upon processes, as they're far too tonedeaf and convinced their methodology is above being questioned. There is an entitlement issue in communication that nourishes reprimanding over coaching, and yelling is an everyday norm. Stay far away unless you're an unoriginal thinker with a "yes sir" mentally.
