Pros
None if you like doing everyone else work good 90 plus hour work weeks no time off even though its offered
Cons
no room for growth BULLYING Name calling minors work alone 40 plus hours a week expected vacation time approve and then call 24 hours a day SERVSAFE NEVER SUBMITTED lying about job title building friendships with employees outside of work place INCLUDING Minors

Great leave it at work job. I don’t have to think about this place when I leave. Coworkers are fun and regular customers make the day go by fast. For low stakes jobs, it’s great.
Cons
Upper management is literally ALWAYS complaining about something. Drive times, cleanliness, friendliness, etc. Typical corporate BS from people who’ve never worked in quick serve a day in their life. Plus, one busy, understaffed shift (which happens at least twice a month) will have you contemplating your entire life. They don’t care about employee burnout, they’ll just replace you. Longest lasting manager was one year…
