1. I am working here since almost 11 years and I always got exposure to work on new technologies like java,oracle ,webservices, spring,jsf . 2. Got wonderful work environment even though timelines sometimes are strict but I always enjoyed working in this conditions as this is the phase which will always teach you various things in short time. 3. My manager was always supportive and always provided guidance throughout my career. 4. I got onsite opportunities for almost for 7 years in my 11 years of experience with Indus that too in one of the nicest country in Europe that is Switzerland.. I got the best client side exposure . really satisfied with my journey in Indus (ebixcash )
Cons
1. Sometimes be ready to work under work tremendous pressure if you cannot handle the work pressure this place is not appropriate for you but after all no pain no gain.. this is the time when you can learn lot of things in short time. 2. Apprisal cycle can be more stable as last couple of years were not good due to covid situation I am hopeful for future cycles
