The Worst Company I've Ever Worked For

Pros

You get one free trip a year, but you have no say in where or when you go.

Cons

The salary is low and the hours are long. There are limited opportunities for advancement. The office is small and cramped, and you sit next to the single toilet where you can hear everything. Every minute of your day is tracked. The employees scream and fight all the time, and they routinely talk badly about the clients. Just Google this company to read about some of the horrific customer service they are responsible for. It starts from the top and winds its way through to the terrible work culture and environment. I have no doubt the three reviews here were written by management. Just ask yourself: do you think that a company that is so wonderful to work for would allow itself to have such horrible customer service? The customers who have written reviews online aren't lying. This company is awful.

Pros

One fam trip a year but you don't have a say in when you will get it.

Cons

This is the worst place I've ever worked for. They have no benefits, no sick days, RSP after 3 years, you have to pay for health insurance. The fam trip is not given easily, no coffee, no stationary, sometimes no paper towel in the one toilet they have which is so close to where the employees sit that you can hear the person pee that's how tiny cramped the office is. It's embarrassing. No parking it's on the road side. The atmosphere is so negative, they have no clue how to treat their employees, there is no respect for each other. They don't recognize your skills and the value you add to the company. They fail to see that you're being treated unfairly. They micromanage and harass you until you get anxiety . So people my advise save yourself the agony, it's really that bad.

Pros

This is good company if you are newcomer to Canada, especially if you is coming from underdeveloped country. They are giving very basic benefits to employees – which is more than what you have in your old country you are coming from. They are giving you minimum benefits which have to be given you by law – half hour lunch break & minimum vacation time. It’s a good company to start your life in Canada but you should then look for a better job in a more better “Canadian” company.

Cons

You are not given no training – you have to learn by doing the job. You also must to do lots of un-paid overtime, and you cannot bank your extra hours also. No sick days or personal days, even if you are very much sick you still come to work Office is not kept clean. Its only cleaned once a week for short time and therefore the floors and bathroom and windows are very dirty. Management also ask staffs to lie to clients most times about the tours inclusions and flights so clients are angry about that when they find out that they are cheated and that is not good thing to do.
