      if they like you, you get more responsability

      Cons

      inappropriate corporate structure with extreme favoritism and over use of interns to fulfill coordinator tasks since they don't want to pay for one. Many long hours and they don't pay overtime. Don't believe them if they say the position may lead to a job.

      Great resources, Snr VP of Production provided great direction and communication. Account department handled information well & worked well with production.

      Creative department seemed to work in vacuum.
