My original review was removed for some reason so I will try this again. This company seems like a great place to work for however the feeling doesn't last long. Managers are unable to properly manage their own departments because the owner is too busy micromanaging the entire company. On that note the owner is also always constantly changing processes which causes a lot of confusion for everyone and then continues to go on a tirade and threaten to fire everyone, this is pretty stressful. Kind of makes you wonder how this company even got this far but it is what it is. There is also a lot of drama despite how small this place is. The office vibe is pretty miserable but that's to be expected when you work in a toxic environment.
