      - Large focus on gender equality and diversity in the workplace - Awesome group of people and generally great team attitude

      - Misguided or lack of technical direction - Process that stresses out team members and costs customers more money - No professional development strategy - No exit interview

      Pros

      Industrial is always looking for the next project/account opportunity and pursues account and scope growth whenever it can. They're dedicated to being on the cutting edge of the industry, and the team has the skill to prove back that up.

      Cons

      It's an agency environment, which means: work hard, play hard. You get what you put in, and you're rewarded for being on the front-end of a successful project or initiative. Of course, this can come at the cost of work-life balance - and there's little time for that balance sometimes.

      Pros

      A really great culture full of great people. I really love coming to work and being challenged and surrounded by bright, capable, people. We have monthly retros that are really candid discussions about our internal processes and how we can make them better. I feel empowered. I feel listened to and appreciated. Plus, everyone is incredibly nice! Really positive experience!

      Cons

      Like any agency, there is always more work to do than anyone has time for. Things like R & D, personal development, or contributing to open source aren't prioritized.
