Highly unstable management. From seating arrangement to company policy to job roles, everything keeps changing every month. One policy is followed by another policy, seems like the MD is jobless and this is the only timepass he has got. They are playing with the careers of people. A mechanical engineer would get converted into python developer, an MBA would be asked to become a tester, a data analyst would be working as a HR, they can do anything and force people to work against their niche. They can fire you at any time, especially when you are about to complete the year working in the company and become eligible to get your variable pay. This is their strategy so that they dont have to pay variables. The senior management wants everyone to lick their shoes and never stand for themselves. Management is very biased towards non IIT/IIM people. If you are from IIT/IIM you would be treated differently. You would be invited to parties, your voice would be heard otherwise if you are from a normal college then you would be treated as crap and labour. The HR is arrogant and mannerless. They find one way or the other to cut your pay by marking LOP. They would have review meetings just to keep you in hopes but in reality there is no appreciation or encouragement. The increment is pennies and expectations are way more. Poor management whether it is team lunch or party or people management all they care about is IIT crowd or lickers. You would not be allowed to take leaves despite of having positive leave balance. If you fall ill for continuous 3 to 4 days, you would be forced to take a full month leave without pay. They often ask employees to write fake positive reviews on glassdoor too. Very small and cheap mentality. They have a partner in USA who has opened this branch in India for low end tasks like data processing in excel etc. They have no vision for future, no development of employees. Their only motto is to fill their own pockets while making employees donkey and organizing liquor party within the office to lure them. A lot of big plans are shown and things are said but just to make the employees c. Those plans never become reality.
