- friendly owner - encouragement to develop technical skills - pay is not below average - open to Work-From-Home with one day in office - company cash flow is very positive because it requires invoice pre-payment before any level of work, and pre-paid drawdown cannot be less than 1 day.
Cons
- customer service is focused on ensuring there is sufficient (invoice) prepaid hours regardless - remote training to customers feel like watching webinars - Team lead can be micro-managing (more directive) - every consultant is accountable for billable hours, including the Team lead who also has to accumulate their own billable hours before handing out project work.
