Pros
Great pay and benefits, unionized work place. Great place to gain experience servicing the electricity sector. Very rare defined benefit pension plan. Some opportunities for training
Cons
Very limited opportunities for career growth, work is limited to servicing one client, work from home options are not great. Contract with our client is constantly under threat of not being renewed.
