1. Good place to learn. 2. Flexible timings. 3. One can get good exposure with skills if you are interested to learn. 4. Get salary on time salary 5. You will be having quarterly performance appraisals. 6. Friendly environment.

Cons

1. You will not get appreciation / recognition for your hard work at all. 2. Need to work 24/7 some times. 3. Huge delays in decision making / performance appraisals. 4. Politics involved effects your career growth & the recognition of hard work. 5. If you question them if something went wrong for you , then that will effect in hike / performance appraisals. No career growth, You will be there in same position for longer time. 6. Less package which will not balance for your hard work.
