Pros

Hybrid Structure Health Insurance for family

Cons

This company was good before they get best place to work certificate. The culture was good earlier but now It's getting worst. They don't have much new projects so there is no growth. They are asking the employees to work on multiple projects and no extra compensation for the same, they will show the clients that this employee is only dedicated for you and hiding the truth. work life balance is getting worst, not able to spend some quality time with my childrens or with my family

They just have one client, for which development is already complete. So, if you are a junior data engineer or a data engineer, you will get little or no tasks (or they will assign you dummy tasks, which add no values). Management also has senseless rules like, If you don't have a task, you can't apply for WFH, so you will lose your productivity gradually and get frustrated because the office environment is not good since they are not hiring quality people. Regardless of all of these, they are hiring more and more people. I don't know why!

Pros

1) Nice friendly environment. 2) Good colleagues. 3) Understanding HR department.

Cons

1) Stuck with a single client, unable to find any others. 2) Continuously hiring talent with false promises of career and learning growth; in reality, they lack clients altogether. Their only client is a small-scale healthcare gig provider. 3) Lack of professionalism; employees won't learn the true essence of SDLC here. No documentation, no QE team. 4) They are an Indian firm, specifically a small-scale consulting firm. Despite this, they falsely claim to have a presence only in the USA on LinkedIn. In reality, they have no physical office in the US. Many dummy companies in the US offer registration services at very low prices, providing a number and address for a fee, which they utilize to create the illusion of having a headquarters in the USA.

We cater to the different size (large/medium/small) of clients. 2. We do have our actual physical office in Virginia, USA. It’s a small office though but that’s our beginning. 3. We hire people with some vision and planning in our mind, and not just to pay salary even if there isn’t any work. 4. Certification is one of the motivation factor which can be beneficial to the individual and Company both. We always believe in transparency.
