- Provide evening meal. - Peehu and CEO are extremely good in their knowledge, but they work a lot (mean a lottttt) and expect us to work the same. Even 12-14 hours is not enough.

Well sorry that you felt unheard. We do have a policy for what we listen to and what we do not. We are not a training center to assign problems to people based on their liking, we have to run the company. Just too bad you could not cope.
