      Poor leadership

      Most of the sales teams are hard working and very knowledgeable

      Cons

      Very poor leadership at top, no strategy or plan, irregular town halls and a lot of money wasted because leadership cannot lead effectively. This also meant that it become quite toxic and seniors didn’t seem to want to work together.
