Be prepared to kiss a work-life balance goodbye: A good chunk of your work day (6:30am-8:30pm) is pretty much standing on the outskirts of a gas station catching the attention of their patrons. The rest is making goals, practice pitching, assessment of your day and some inspirational fluffery before departing. Furthermore, the gas station you're "assigned" to changes daily. Prepare to add mileage to your car as you travel all over the Essex/Passaic/Bergen county area. Unprofessional (some might say cult-like) atmosphere; days begin with a chant of "Who's got goals/we got goals" and the cringe-inducing overuse of the acronym of JUICE (Join Us In Creating Excitement).

A job that can be mastered in 2-3 days.

Cons

Management faces regular challenges. There was payment issues with the president at the time. It suddenly changed to a different organization and we all had to deal with no clarification regarding our money. The leaders were good and tried to be an example. Our president always found a way to point a finger at someone any time she committed a mistake. This management style was always challenging. The new president agreed with this point privately with us as well.
