      Pros

      Ability to work remotely on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Low pay/benefits Poor management (a lot of which is held in the hands of a married couple who run the show…not to mention managers who are unqualified to be in mgmt positions) Unhelpful co-workers…they will throw you to the wolves and set you up for failure by not properly training or educating you for the tasks they assign to you.

      Middle management does nothing for employees, other than try to micro manage. They fire without notice, or cause.
