Pros
My coworkers here are great. I can voice disagreements with my boss without fear of backlash. Everyone is supportive and wants you to do well. It is also nice being a part of a business that genuinely cares about helping people.
Cons
Working for a smaller company has a lot of perks but it has it's downsides. They offer competitive benefits here but they won't beat massive companies (Gallo, Apple, etc.).
