Pros
The only "pro" was getting out early every Friday afternoon.
There was one person who was nice, friendly, and cool who I worked under for a bit. He didn't micro-manage and he had more of a relaxed vibe.
My coworkers were mostly nice, but it was management who came off as unapproachable and rather rude.
Cons
9 hour day with a 30 minute UNPAID lunch break.
Uncomfortable office setting.
No structure.
Unfriendly management.
