I have been working with this company more than 1yr Salary on time

Cons

Management is worst. No coordination between people. Senior staff is also very unprofessional. Don't have ethics. Everything related to work will take on personal. Senior staff is with no etiquette Instead of talking about companies growth they just talk about newcomers what are they doing in their personal life, what are they doing outside office(that is there big concern) which is unprofessional.

Company is established more than 20 Years ago (But seems recently started) Many employees working since beginning (But personal development not seen) Will provide decent salary (If company is in need) You can get lots of work knowledge but have to work at least 3-4 years. Best company to work for bachelors Same manager since 7-8 year

Cons

Have to stress yourself and work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) without any concerns. No macanism/ process is there for employees personal development. No benefits apart from your salary. Long day/night work hours. Will get deduction in salary if you short by even 1 minutes (Like daily / hourly basis salary) Don't expect any help from HR Salary can be on hold if company management come to know if any employee seeking job out side. High rate of Attrition, employees leave company without serving notice period. (Think out why?)

Has 4 locations, AC is good, tea is okay

Cons

Sudden salary cut, incentives are false promises, appraisal is non existent, management is very unethical and is not professional, HR doesn't care about employee relations and work environment is very negative, all employees speak against the company.
