I worked with many organizations but this is the worst company ever. Please do not apply to this third class organization. if you have a valid reason to resign still they will complain against you as they did it with so many employees and they are actually suffering because of their worst management. Especially HR can not be considered under the human category and the owner doesn't understand the employee's situation.
They file a case against so many employees and not able to understand their situation. So please there are so many other good companies, if you don't want to be in this trouble then please don't join this organization. They just want the money that's it. they will never understand whether that employee has that much giant amount or not and trust me they are not even doing the settlement, they want the exact amount to close the case, and let me clarify that amount as well so that you have a better idea about their impair. The amount they are asking to close the case is 1,20,000. I belong to a very middle-class family and I'm the only person who manages the family. but they are actually heatless people.
