The company will work you out like a dog. Do expect a 7 day work week, and do expect calls and texts in the middle of the night. The pay is not even worth it with all the stress that comes together. Bosses will pressure you, raise voices at you and even physically throw files. Top management's mood swings are insane. The turnover rate is really high because people cannot last with the pressure and stress. They will only be kind if you bring sales and money to the company. If you just joined the company do expect to bring in results in the first 2 weeks or they will drag you down already

No Work- Life balance, although it states that we have to work half day alternate Saturday, but they will have all sorts of fair that require you to work in the weekend. But reluctant to pay Overtime as they claim this is only applicable for Tech Team. Always expect you to travel during weekend if there's a fair on Monday, always give last minute instruction, and require you to travel to other state in the weekend regardless where are you at the moment. Took long time for claim to process, no corporate card, you will have to make a payment for all the hotel and transportation expenses in advance and it will take around 2 months for you to get your money back. Most of the time, the amount of claim is more than your basic salary. Do not work for this company if you do not have saving to last you for at least 2 month for the claim to reach you. Spoke to HR regarding this, but they told us this is the process and they can do nothing about it.
