      There are none other than you are free to do whatever you want

      Cons

      Management are liars. Minimal training at best. Poor training. No formal classroom training. Won't pay sales reps what they are owed. Storm chasers. Very low commission if any. Poor communication. Local office is not a manned office.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. The President challenges you every day. The personal progress is great compared to a lot of other companies.

      Cons

      Stressful during storm season, but the reward is worth it. Some days you will work 14 hours. But you also get longer vacation time.
